POLICIES

 Registration and Payments:

 

  • Register online or on paper with a form picked up from your child's school.

  • Form should be fully filled and dropped off at the school or mailed in

  • Payments of check or cash should be dropped off as well

  • Checks should be made out to "Kick Fit Soccer"

  • Pro-rated price is for classes already in session

Refunds and Withdrawls:

 

  • Withdrawing from a class must be communicated with Kick Fit Soccer before the session starts.

  • $15 Adminstration fee applies to all refunds issued

  • No refunds for missed classes

  • If space is available, make up classes can be done at schools with multpile sessions

Cancellations:

 

  • For safety and security purposes Kick Fit Soccer reserves the right to cancel class during inclement weather conditions (ie extreme cold, heat, or rain)

  • During inclement weather indoor facilities will be used if possible

  • If no indoor space available, we will add another class at the end of the session.

  • Kick Fit Soccer reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given in such situations

Dropping & Picking up kids:

  • Parents/Guardians should drop kids off on time as well as picking them up on time

  • Parents are allowed to watch if they choose to

  • Coaches will only leave after all kids have been picked up (parent cell phones MUST be on file)

  • Parents must  sign their children in and out of each class

  • If someone other than the parent will be picking up your child, coaches should be informed in advance with full name, relationship, and cell phone number of the individual.
